Job Description

Ergomed seeks a Director of Clinical Vendor Strategy to oversee outsourcing decisions and vendor partnerships across its clinical development portfolio. This strategic role combines vendor selection, governance, and process optimization to support trial delivery and organizational growth in the North America region.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor outsourcing strategies for proposals and RFPs aligned with study requirements and sponsor expectations
• Evaluate, select, and recommend vendors based on capabilities, capacity, and operational readiness
• Partner with vendor management to strengthen supplier relationships and improve cost transparency
• Present outsourcing strategies in bid defenses and sponsor meetings to support business development
• Develop tools, training, and best practices to strengthen organizational outsourcing and governance capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's degree or equivalent preferred
• Progressive clinical operations or vendor management experience in CRO, biotech, or pharma
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical trial management across multiple phases
• Proven track record developing and implementing vendor outsourcing strategies
• Experience supporting proposal development and business development activities
• Strong knowledge of global clinical development and outsourced service models
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process improvements
