Are you outgoing, motivated, and looking for a career where you can develop valuable professional skills while working with a supportive team?

GEM is growing, and we're looking for Entry-Level Marketing Associates to join our team. No previous marketing experience is required—we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build real-world skills in marketing, communication, customer engagement, and event promotions.

At GEM, we help organizations and brands connect with their communities through event marketing, outreach campaigns, community engagement, and brand activation .

What You'll Do
  • Represent client brands at events, community activations, and promotional campaigns
  • Engage with customers and community members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Share information about products, services, campaigns, and organizations
  • Create positive experiences through face-to-face communication
  • Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Work closely with team members to meet campaign goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Develop communication, leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills
  • Track daily activities and performance goals
What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who are:

  • Friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with new people
  • Motivated to learn and grow
  • Dependable and professional
  • Team-oriented and willing to help others
  • Goal-driven and able to stay positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working at events and interacting with the public

No degree or previous marketing experience is required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, sales, communications, or volunteer experience is a plus—but we're primarily looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Why GEM?
  • Hands-on marketing and event experience
  • Paid training and mentorship
  • Leadership development opportunities
  • Supportive, team-focused environment
  • Opportunity to build transferable professional skills
  • Exposure to marketing, outreach, customer engagement, and business development

If you're ready to get your foot in the door, build your professional skill set, and grow with a team that invests in its people, apply today.
