Project Manager – Federal Construction
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Travel: Regular travel to project sites, including Rapid City, SD
Salary: $95,000–$140,000 + 15% project completion bonus
Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, approximately 45–50 hours/week
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Federal Construction to oversee large-scale DOD construction projects supporting the B-21 Raider mission at Ellsworth Air Force Base in Rapid City, SD.
You’ll take over 2–3 projects with a combined value of approximately $157M , with a structured handoff from the existing project team.
